At Azzea, we comply with current legislation and aim to provide a transparent and pleasant shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully:
Online Orders
For online orders, you have the legal right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, you must notify us of your intent to return the item within the first 3 calendar days of receiving the package. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Conditions for Online Returns:

Products must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns apply only to items that are not personalized or purchased on sale.

Contact us at store@azzea.ro within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.

If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.

Return shipping (only by courier, not post office) costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

In-Store Purchases
For products purchased from the Azzea physical store, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you have the following options:

Exchange the product for another, subject to availability.

Receive a gift card equivalent to the value of the purchased product, valid for future purchases.
Exceptions and Special Conditions:

Personalized products, used items, or those without their original packaging are not eligible for returns.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns cannot be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at store@azzea.ro. We will evaluate the situation and provide a quick solution, either by replacing the product or issuing a gift card.
