How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For products in stock, we deliver within 1-2 business days; for those out of stock, production may take up to 15 business days. Add 4-5 days extra to the usual production time in summer. We only deliver worldwide, and shipping is free in Romania over 1000 ron.
What are the payment options for the order?
If you place an order on the website, you can pay online with a card using Shopify Payments. If you wish to purchase an item from our physical store, you can pay by card or cash.
What is the order-taking schedule?
On our website, we take orders at any time, 24/7, while at our physical store, we are open from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How can I apply a discount code?
You can apply the discount code online after entering your delivery details, before reaching the checkout page.
How do I exchange/return a product?
Our return policy offers you 14 days for any product. For items in stock, you have 10 days from receiving the order to request a return. However, there are exceptions for personalized items, which cannot be returned, so we recommend checking the dimensions carefully. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted only via courier, not by post office.
Can my dress be slightly different from the presentation photo?
Yes, your dress may be slightly different from the presentation photo. All our dresses are hand-sewn and embroidered by skilled artisans, which gives each piece its unique character. As a result, there may be subtle variations in the embroidery pattern or stitching details. The fabric colour may also vary slightly depending on the supplier's batch. These minor differences reflect the authenticity and unique nature of each dress, ensuring you receive an original and personalized piece of art.

What are the physical store hours?
We welcome you to our store from Tuesday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, to serve you. We take a break on Sundays and Mondays to prepare for the upcoming week.
Where are the dresses manufactured?
All our organic dresses, skillfully crafted in Ukraine, are enriched with fine embroidery and feminine cuts, ensuring you feel elegant and comfortable every moment.
What materials do you use for the dresses?
You experience the purity and quality of our dresses, handcrafted from 100% premium organic linen. Each piece represents a perfect blend of naturalness and elegance, providing a remarkable wearing experience.
How do I care for the dress?
To maintain your dress in perfect shape, use a gentle detergent and hand wash it in cold or lukewarm water. Avoid exposure to sunlight and high temperatures during drying. For storage, keep it in a dark, dry, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
